What is the Offer?

To connect with new guests and elevate their joining experience and engagement with OYO, we are introducing a “First Stay Uber Eats Voucher Offer” applicable exclusively to stays at Court Square Hotel Long Island City New York, Belvilla District 6 (Formerly Sonder).

Eligible users who complete their first stay at this property during the promotional period will receive a Uber Eats voucher upto USD $20, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Who is the Organizer?

“First Stay Uber Eats Voucher Offer” is being organized by OYO Hotels Inc. (“OYO”), a registered organization in the United States of America, with its registered office at 2633 McKinney Ave, Ste 130-524, Dallas, TX, 75204.

2. Eligibility

The Offer is open to all citizens of the United States of America who are aged 18 years or above, excluding employees of OYO or any of its affiliates and their immediate family members. Notwithstanding anything stated herein, the Offer is not open to the citizens of those states where such promotional offers are void or prohibited (“Prohibited State”).

This Offer is valid only for users who have not previously completed a stay at the specified property.

3. How to Participate in the Offer?

3.1 Participation Process:

a) Complete first booking and checkout at Court Square Hotel Long Island City New York, Belvilla District 6 (Formerly Sonder) via the OYO App or website during the promotional period.

b) End user must sign up using a name, an email address, and a mobile number on the OYO App or website (mandatory).

c) Accept marketing communication and all applicable Terms & Conditions.

3.2

Each eligible user may receive only one (1) upto USD $20 Uber Eats voucher, regardless of the number of bookings made. The mobile number or email address once used for login or registration shall not be used to claim multiple rewards. Accounts found to be duplicated, fraudulent, or manipulated will be disqualified.

3.3

The reward will be issued only after successful completion of the stay (checkout status confirmed in OYO’s system).

3.4

If a citizen of any Prohibited State participates in this Offer, such participation shall be considered void and OYO shall not attract any liability toward such citizen.

3.5

By participating in the Offer, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Offer.

4. Promotion Period and Reward Details


4.1

The Promotion will begin at 12:00 AM CST on February 10, 2026, and end at 11:59 PM CST on March 31, 2026.

4.2

Eligible participants who complete their first stay at the specified property during the Promotion Period will receive a Uber Eats voucher upto USD $20.

4.3

The voucher will be delivered to the registered email address associated with the booking within a reasonable processing period after checkout.

4.4

No random draw, lottery, or chance-based selection is involved in this Offer.

5. Claiming Rewards


5.1

Participants must redeem their Uber Eats voucher within the validity period mentioned in the voucher communication.

5.2

If a voucher remains unclaimed or unused after the specified validity period, it will be considered forfeited. The forfeited voucher cannot be contested.

5.3

Receipt of the reward is contingent upon the OYO App account remaining active and not being deleted or suspended due to violations of OYO policies.

6. Publicity

6.1 By participating in this Offer, participants give their irrevocable and unconditional consent, without any compensation, to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to this Offer and OYO.

6.2 Participants have read the terms and conditions of the Offer and have no objection to OYO using their personal data and shall at no time object or dispute the same.

7. Data Protection

Personal information provided by participants will be processed in accordance with OYO's Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 2018 and as amended or supplemented from time to time.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

9. Amendments

OYO reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Terms & Conditions page.

11. Miscellaneous7


11.1 OYO is not responsible for, and will void, rewards not processed due to:

a. Incomplete or ineligible bookings
b. Technical issues with the booking process
c. Unauthorized or fraudulent interference
d. Incorrect contact information provided by the participant

11.2 Rewards are provided “as-is.”

11.3 OYO reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if the stated reward is unavailable.

11.4 Rewards may not be transferred, assigned, or substituted.

11.5 OYO is not responsible for technical errors in reward processing.

11.6 OYO has complete discretion and final decision-making power in determining eligibility.

11.7 OYO has the exclusive power to interpret the rules, and OYO’s decisions regarding rule interpretations are final and binding.
