What is the App Install Contest?

To connect with new guests and elevate their joining experience and engagement with OYO, and to provide them maximum benefit, we are introducing an “App Install Contest”. The specifications of the contest, rewards, terms and conditions have been provided herein below.

1. Who is the Organizer?

“App Install Contest” is being organized by OYO Hotels Inc. (“OYO”), a registered organization in the United States of America, with its registered office at 2633 McKinney Ave, Ste 130-524, Dallas, TX, 75204.

2. Eligibility

The App Install Contest is open to all the citizens of the United States of America, who are aged 18 years or above, excluding employees of OYO or any of its affiliate and their immediate family members. Notwithstanding anything stated herein, the App Install Contest is not open to the citizens of those states where such sweepstakes or similar kind of contests are void or prohibited (“Prohibited State”).

3. How to Enter the Contest?

3.1 App Install Contest participation process:
a) Downloading “OYO App”.
b) End user need to sign up using a name, an email address and a mobile number on OYO App(mandatory);
c) Accept our marketing and other T&Cs.
3.2 Each download constitutes one entry into the App Install Contest. The mobile number or email address once used for login or registration shall not be used to re-enter App Install contest. All the mobile numbers or email addresses already registered with OYO prior to the launch of the App Install Contest shall not constitute a valid entry into the App Install Contest.
3.3 Upon successful installation and sign-up on the OYO app, participants will automatically be entered into a draw, wherein ten lucky winners will be selected at random using Google Random Number Generator.
3.4 IT IS CLARIFIED THAT NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY AND A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
3.5 If a citizen of any Prohibited State enters into this Contest, such entry shall be considered void for the purpose of this contest and OYO shall not attract any liability towards such citizen.
3.6 By participating in the App Install Contest, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the App Install Contest.

4.1 The Promotion will begin at 12:00 AM CST on June 1, 2026, and end at 11:59 PM CST on June 30, 2026.
4.2 Potential winners will be announced during first week of the subsequent month.
4.3 The potential winners will be notified by email.
4.4 The potential winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using Google Random Number Generator.
4.5 10 lucky winners shall get a free night stay, valued at approximately $60 and 20 lucky winners shall get an Uber Eats voucher, valued at $20.

5.1 Potential winners must redeem their prizes within 15 days of being notified.
5.2 If a prize remains unclaimed after the specified period, it will be considered forfeited, OYO may allocate the prize in another manner, as deemed appropriate. The unclaimed prize cannot be contested at any point of time.
5.3 The receipt of Prize is contingent upon the OYO App to be active in the winner’s phone and the same should not be deleted.

6. Publicity

6.1 By entering the App Install Contest, participants give their irrevocable and unconditional consent, without any compensation, to the use of their name, photograph and likeness, for promotional and marketing purposes related to the App Install Contest and OYO.
6.2 The participants have read the terms and conditions of the App Install Contest and have no objection in relation to OYO using the personal data and shall at no time object or dispute the same.

7. Data Protection

Personal information provided by participants will be processed in accordance with OYO's Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 2018 and as amended or supplemented from time to time.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

9. Amendments

OYO reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Terms & Conditions page.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 OYO is not responsible for, and will void entries submitted but not received, for any reason including, but not limited to, the following:a. Late entriesb. Incomplete entriesc. Technical issues with the entry processd. Unauthorized or fraudulent interference with the entry process
11.2 Prizes are provided “as-is.”
11.3 OYO reserves the right to substitute a prize of “equal or greater value” in the event a listed prize is not available.
11.4 Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, or substituted.
11.5 OYO is not responsible for any technical errors in the winner-selection process.
11.6 OYO has complete discretion and final decision-making power in selecting potential winners.
11.7 OYO has the exclusive power to interpret the rules, and OYO’s decisions regarding rules interpretations are final and binding to all participants.
By participating in the App Install Contest, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the App Install Contest.
